I’m so glad you’re here! Helping others achieve vibrant health naturally is my passion, and it’s a path that’s deeply personal to me.
From an early age, I was a natural caregiver, which led me to become a nurse. Working in the hospital, I witnessed the incredible life-saving potential of modern medicine. But something was missing. We were stabilizing patients and managing symptoms—not truly helping them heal. I couldn’t shake the feeling that we weren’t addressing the root causes of illness or giving patients the tools they needed to achieve lasting health.
Emergency care saves lives, but what about long-term health? What about teaching people how to restore balance and feel their best—not just suppress symptoms? Symptoms aren’t random; they’re signals from the body asking for support, not a pharmaceutical band-aid. That disconnect was frustrating—not just for my patients, but for me as well.
At the same time, I was facing my own health challenges. Despite eating “healthy” and exercising, I struggled with gut issues, food sensitivities, acne, “A.D.D.,” sleep disturbances, and that relentless “tired but wired” feeling. I knew something wasn’t right, but no one had real answers—just another prescription with no deeper investigation, no explanation, and no lasting solutions.
Determined to take control of my health, I immersed myself in holistic healing—listening to countless podcasts, studying nutrition and supplements, working with a functional medicine doctor, and ultimately becoming an FDN-P. Over time, my symptoms faded, my energy and focus returned, and I finally felt like myself again. Through this process, I learned that even when symptoms look the same on the surface, the underlying causes can be completely different. True healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Each body has its own story, and optimal health comes from understanding and supporting its unique needs.
My personal experience taught me the power of looking deeper, identifying underlying imbalances, and crafting personalized plans that support whole-body healing. I felt truly empowered by understanding my body and taking control of my health—and that’s exactly what I want for you.
